Police Bust Teens Breaking Into A Car

EL PASO, Texas —

El Paso police officers said they watched as two teenagers broke into three cars on the 11,000 block of Francis Scobee Drive.

Officers said they arrested a 14-and 15-year-old for the break-ins, and in the process recovered items stolen from a car last week.

Officers suspect the pair could be responsible for more.
