EL PASO, Texas —
It happened just before 3:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of North Main Street
Police said the officer saw a Dodge Neon with its door open, and then witnessed Jory Craig Acosta, 26, get out and run, when he saw the officer.
Acosta was captured after a short foot pursuit and faces a vehicle burglary charge.
