EL PASO, Texas —
Officers said they were checking Robert Martinez, 45, and found he had a burglary of habitation warrant out for his arrest.
Police said the charge was from a July 25 case that occurred in the 500 block of Alicia Drive, where electronics and other items were taken.
Police booked Martinez into the El Paso County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
