EL PASO, Texas —

An investigation revealed that an El Paso man was behind some vehicle burglaries that happened in the Lower Valley in January, police said.

El Paso police investigators discovered that on Jan. 3, items inside some vehicles parked inside a fenced area at E.C. Plumbing were taken.

Miguel Ruvalcaba, 42, turned out to be the suspect in the investigation.

He was placed under arrest Wednesday. Ruvalcaba was charged with burglary to a vehicle and issued a $20K bond.
