EL PASO, Texas —
Police said it happened in the 1500 block of Lomaland Drive.
While talking with Fabrice Alston, 25, officers said they found 3.4 grams, or 11 bags, of crack cocaine.
Alston was charged with possession of controlled substance and was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
Officers also said they met with Therron Marquette Wooten, 25, who they said had over 1 pound of marijuana.
Wooten was charged with possession of marijuana over 4 ounces. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.
