EL PASO, Texas —

A self-employed process server was arrested Tuesday afternoon by El Paso County sheriff investigators on suspicion of pimping women who were trying to file for divorce at the El Paso County Courthouse, officials said.

Sheriff officials said detectives arrested Sergio Reyes, 59, after month-long undercover operation. Reyes faces four counts of promotion of prostitution. He was jailed under an $800,000 bond.

Officials allege that Reyes targeted women trying to file for divorce at the courthouse and would allegedly solicit sexual favors for himself and others in exchange for money. A process server hands out legal papers.

Anyone who may have information on Reyes may call the Sheriff's Office at 546-2280.
