EL PASO, Texas —
He heard a burglar alarm go off early Friday Morning at the K & B Audio on Solano Drive and saw someone climbing out of a window at the business.
Police said Ray Rapchak, 18, and three juveniles were arrested and charged with non-residential burglary and conspiracy.
Rapchak and one of the juveniles also face charges of auto burglary.
