EL PASO, Texas —
A company that claims it casts for potential actors for auditions is not getting its deposit back.
A group of El Paso parents came to KFOX14 reporting that they were scammed out of money by CASTINGHUB.
CASTINGHUB has plans to rent out space at the El Paso Convention Center next week, but cancelled after KFOX14 reported the alleged scams brought forth from El Pasoans.
CASTINGHUB employees claim that it cancelled all of its El Paso visits because of media and budget restrictions.
The company requested a refund on its deposit, but it's against the CVB's agreement.
