Newsman Sam Donaldson was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in early December.
The veteran ABC newsman and political correspondent, according to TMZ, was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Delaware.
The entertainment news website said the law enforcement pulled over Donaldson, 78, on Dec. 1 after he had driven onto the shoulder of the road.
TMZ reported that authorities said he failed a field sobriety test and was placed under arrest.
