New Mexico Secretary of State wants an additional three million dollars to pay for last month's elections.
Rebecca Vigil-Giron says most of the money would help pay for the state's switchover to paper ballots.
Her request also includes $560,000 media ads and 88-thousand dollars to print constitutional amendments and bond questions.
