EAST EL PASO —
Police and paramedics say the driver lost control near the intersection of Montwood and Monoco just after 1:00 a.m. Monday.
The impact of the crash was enough to total the Harley Davidson and damage the building.
Fortunately the man was not critically injured but he was taken to Thomason Hospital for treatment.
Police on the scene did read the man his rights but investigators are not releasing what charges he faces.
