Correspondent Molette Green joined the bureau in November, 2004 and is the newest correspondent with the Washington team.

Molette's wealth of reporting and anchoring experience began in 1991. She spent nearly eight years of her television news career in Washington, D.C. at a 24 hour cable news station where she reported on District Government affairs and anchored a four hour morning newscast. She was on the air on during the 911 attacks and covered the breaking news as it happened.

The Washington, D.C. native enjoys covering news events in her hometown. She's already won numerous awards and accolades, including 2003 Salute to Professional African American Women, 2001 Washington's Finest Single Professional and 1999 Alumni of the Year, Howard University.

Molette received her Magna cum laude Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism from Howard University.
