EL PASO, Texas —

Funeral services for an El Paso police officer beaten to death will be held Thursday.

Officer Jonathan Molina died Friday morning, more than a week after he was attacked near his home in Central El Paso.

A mass is scheduled for Friday at 12:30 p.m. at Saint Patrick's Cathedral in Central El Paso, followed by burial at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
