A Marine from La Union has been arrested and charged with murder in San Diego.
Police there released surveillance photo of 19-year-old James Alexander Hardy allegedly using the victim's credit card at a bank.
Hardy has pleaded not guilty to a charge of murdering 39-year-old Raymund Catolico.
San Diego police said the two men knew each other. The motive for the strangulation is still under investigation.
