EL PASO, Texas —
Deputies said 26-year-old Fabian Delgado is wanted on drug charges - including possession of cocaine.
Delgado was arrested in July 2009, but he never showed up to court for those charges.
He was last seen in the Socorro, Texas, said Deputy Jesse Tovar.
