A man who El Paso Sherif's deputies said has failed to register as sex offender is this week's Manhunt Monday most wanted fugitive by the El Paso Sheriff¹'s Office.

Timothy Duane Hardaway Jr., 28, fled from a halfway house in Horizon on Oct. 23, said deputies.

Hardaway was required to register as a sex offender until October of next year, but he has failed to do so, sheriff¹s officials said. They believe he is in El Paso.

Sheriff¹s officials said Hardaway is currently on parole for aggravated sexual assault of a child. He was also convicted for indecency with a child.

Both crimes occurred in Brown County with a 9-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hardaway is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-8477.
