Manhunt for alleged burglar under way

EL PASO, Texas —
A man who police said burglarized several homes is the subject of this week's Manhunt Monday by the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.
Daniel Acevedo, 18, according to deputies, robbed several homes in recent months in El Paso.
Deputies said many of his accomplices have been arrested and only Acevedo remains at large. Authorities believe Acevedo is in the El Paso area.
Acevedo is wanted on six counts of burglary of habitation. He has been previously arrested for theft.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Acevedo is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-8477.
