EL PASO, Texas —
Officers from El Paso Police’s central command said William Kelly got into a an argument with several people at the First Cocktail Lounge at 6269 Airport. They said shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday, Kelly pulled out a fake assault rifle.
Officers found Kelly near the bar and he was placed under arrest on assault charges. Investigators said Kelly is 20-years-old and lives at Fort Bliss.
