One man was killed in accident on Trans Mountain early Sunday morning.
El Paso Police say 31-year old Servando Ortega was driving eastbound on Trans Mountain around 2 a.m. Sunday, when his pickup truck veered off into a gravel parking lot before hitting a concrete barrier.
Police believe speed was a factor, and are waiting for toxicology results to see if alcohol may have also played a part.
