The crash was reported shortly before 9 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Commerce and Eastside.
The crash caused a large amount of oil to seep onto the roadway forcing crews to block the area.
At least one person inside a truck involved in the crash suffered life-threatening injuries.
Police are still investigating what caused the crash.
Crews were able to reopen the intersection before rush-hour traffic.
