EL PASO, TX —
One man is dead after a rollover crash that happened on I-10 west near Lee Trevino early Saturday morning.
Police said around 12:23 a.m. Sergio J. Iniguez-Olivio, 26, was driving a 2001 GMC Yukon on I-10 west at a high rate of speed when he drove off the roadway and rolled several times.
Police said Iniguez-Olivio was ejected from the Yukon and died at the scene.
Iniguez-Olivio was the only person in the Yukon. Special Traffic Investigators believe that speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
Police are continuing to investigate.
This is the fifth traffic related death of 2013.
