Man allegedly set to kill Justin Bieber now in Doña Ana County Detention Center

LAS CRUCES, N.M. —
One of the two Albuquerque men charged in connection to a plot to kill superstar Justin Bieber has been extradited and is in custody at the Doña Ana County Detention Center.
New York State Police arrested Tanner Ruane, 23, on Nov. 20, the same day officials in 3rd Judicial District Court filed four charges against him — two each of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
