El Paso and Sunland Park Police responded to a pedestrian accident at 8:15 pm Saturday night to find that an unidentified male had been allegedly run over.
Witnesses at the scene tell KFOX the driver of the vehicle ran over the male at the intersection of Executive Center and Paisano and then panicked and put the car in reverse.
Witnesses also say they believe alcohol is a factor in the accident.
The investigation is being handled by the Sunland Park Police Department.
