Residents on Castle Keep Circle said they were jolted out of bed after they heard a loud crash after 2:30 a.m. Monday.
Police said a man knocked into several cars before smashing through a rock wall.
He had apparently just dropped a friend off when he caused the accident. Police believe the man was drunk at the time and arrested him at the scene.
