City to hold meetings on proposed charter amendments

EL PASO, Texas —

The city of El Paso wants to keep residents informed about the proposed city charter amendments.

They will be hosting several public meetings to discuss potential changes.

The first meeting will be held tomorrow evening, at 6:30 p.m., at Sierra Providence East in far East El Paso. Voters will decide whether to approve the propositions during the city's May 11, 2013 general election. 

Below you will find a list of community meetings where the nine ballot propositions will be discussed and explained prior to the May election. The public is invited to attend.
