EL PASO, Texas —
An East El Paso man is in jail after crashing his SUV into a parked car with his young daughter on board.
Police say the man was driving on Havenrock just off Yarborough when he crashed into a parked car and ended up on the yard next door.
KFOX14 arrived just minutes before the driver was handcuffed and taken to jail.
Neither the driver nor the young girl suffered any injuries, despite the airbags having deployed.
The owner of the house where the driver ended up said the driver was even able to ring the doorbell to tell him he crashed his car into his yard.
Police took the girl until family members could pick her up.
