EL PASO, Texas —
Peters is looking for vintage black and white photos from 1900 to 1950 and stories of that area. The author is gathering information about the park, streets, schools, churches, family gatherings, house blueprints and early founders.

Peters is currently the president of the Historic District of Manhattan Heights Neighborhood Association and a high school physics teacher at Americas.
