LAS CRUCES, N.M. —
Investigators said a warrant has been issued for the arrest of 19-year-old Andy Perez.
Monday, police were called to the scene on east Hadley Avenue to find an 18-year-old bleeding from the hand.
Police describe Perez as a Hispanic man with brown hair and brown eyes.
He is around 5’ 4” tall and weighs 140 lbs.
He has a “13” tattoo on his left hand and the word "Negro" on his arm.
