EL PASO, Texas —
Jim Ward is set to open a new cafe in west El Paso, Eloise.
The cafe that embraces the European-style that Ward loves, will be located at 255 Shadow Mountain Drive.
This will be his third business he opens in El Paso.
Eloise will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday-Friday and welcomes all ages before 10 p.m. It will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday-Sunday.
