EL PASO, Texas —

Authorities said the owner of a massage parlor that was raided Wednesday was arrested.

Soon Kim, owner of Kyoto Hot Stone Spa, was arrested, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

The central El Paso massage parlor was raided Wednesday morning.

Homeland Security Investigations agents said they executed a federal search warrant as part of an ongoing criminal investigation.

KFOX14 confirmed that the owner of the spa is the same owner of at least one of two massage parlors raided in Las Cruces in August 2011. Multiple parlor workers were arrested at that time and accused of providing sexual favors for male clients.

Details have not been released about the raid at the spa located at 616 N. Virginia St., and officials said Kim was taken into custody.

According to an ad for the spa, the location offers a "friendly Asian staff & table shower" and Swedish and shiatsu bodywork.
