EL PASO, Texas —

As many as 10 high-powered firearms, including two A-K 47s, are in the hands of criminals Monday after a CWS gun store was burglarized early in the morning.

KFOX14 crews were able to obtain exclusive security video of the burglary as it happened.

The burglars broke into the store by smashing a rock through a window. They moved an outside security camera before they were in view, but once they got inside of the store everything they did was caught on tape.

The owner said the alarm system did work properly, but the robbers were only in the store for about a minute and a half and left before police arrived.

CWS sells pistols, rifles, accessories and ammunition. The two men seen on the security tape came into the store with bags, but couldn't get most of the merchandise because it was put into a safe.

The owner did not want to be identified or let us show the actual break in.

She said an estimated $10,000 worth of collectable rifles, including two AK- 47's were still hanging on her wall display.

In the video, the two men can be seen carrying the rifles. The two men's faces can even be seen.

"If anybody out there knows anything about these guys or if they can help us try and stop them and get what they took back to us, please do," the gun shop owner said. "These are not toys. These are not just anything they took. These are firearms."

The owner said this is not the first time burglars have tried to break in. There was another attempt about five months ago, but no one actually got inside of the store during that attempt.

Police said the burglary is under investigation.
