LAS CRUCES, N.M. —
Police told KFOX the officer arrested one adult, Ashley Lynn Rodriguez, 18, and two juveniles after they were photographed spray-painting the concrete walls of a drainage ditch near Palm Avenue.
All three were detained and charged with unauthorized graffiti on property. Rodriguez was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
