EL PASO, Texas —
Spc. Keith Merton Blouvet was arrested on Aug. 18.
Several files containing child pornography were found on a router shared by the 27-year-old and two other soldiers, according to the arrest affidavit.
Blouvet admitted to investigators he did download the porn and said the videos and images "Do not sexually arouse him and causes him to feel disgusted."
Blouvet's next court appearance has yet to be scheduled.
