Cesar Fernandez, 91, was last seen Tuesday driving a brown 1991 Ford Ranger pickup truck with camper in the Lower Valley.
Family members of Fernandez believe he may be suffering from dementia.
El Paso Police Department obtained information that Fernandez was taken to the Lower Valley by an unknown male in his 50s who is 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build.
Fernandez was seen getting into a small red four-door vehicle driven by the unknown man.
