El Paso Teachers Association response to removal of EPISD board of trustees

EL PASO, Texas —

The El Paso Teachers Association is ready to work to assure a successful future for the students who attend El Paso Independent School District.

TheEl PasoTeachers Association(EPTA)is prepared to play animportant role in the EPISD rebuilding process to make sure our students and their classrooms are the district’s top priority.EPTAis prepared towork withconcerned citizens andlocal elected officials to make sure theappointed managersare provided the information they need to do what’s bestforthe students and parents who rely on EPISD to educate our kids,”said Norma de la Rosa, president of the El Paso Teachers Association.
