El Paso roads starting to dry

By Ric Dupont

weather forecaster

EL PASO, Texas —

Friday evening parts of Interstate 10 in Central El Paso were starting to dry. Patches of snow could still be seen for miles. The heavy snowstorm that hit El Paso on Friday morning was gone. The air was still cold and brittle.

Overpasses looked pretty clear. Drivers seemed to travel at slower speeds as a precaution.

KFOX14 crews found one snowman, that stood almost 4 feet high, representing the weather that blew through town just three hours earlier.
