EL PASO, Texas —
Among 200 cities in the U.S., El Paso ranks 84 for "Best Drivers."
The report was conducted by Allstate Insurance Company. It ranks cities in terms of car collision frequency to identify which cities have the safest drivers.
The average driver in El Paso, according to the report, will experience an auto collision every 9.6 years.
This is the eighth time this report has been conducted.
