EL PASO, Texas —

Close to two dozen people marched in Downtown El Paso Saturday afternoon.

What they chanted in Spanish was "The United People will never be defeated" as well as "The quiet people will never be heard."

Participants say they walked from the San Jacinto plaza to the Mexican consulate in protest of Mexico's presidential election results.

"The fact that we're doing this in El Paso is we want to bring international attention. We think that there has to be pressure from international governments," Efrenso Lorcano said.

Pressure to have an investigation into the Pri party and Enrique Pena Nieto to find out if this year's election was bought.

"There's been a lot of cases of the Pri buying votes, which is illegal," Lorcano claimed.

Others are not happy with how the Pri campaigned, pointing out their TV ads.

"It's almost like they're trying to sell a car, Edgar Pizazo said.

He also said he has a desire for a different kind of change, away from an old ruling power.
