El Paso man with 26 traffic warrants arrested

EL PASO, Texas —
Early Thursday morning police arrested a man that had 26 outstanding traffic warrants.
Jose Raul Partida was driving on the 500 block of Montecito when police pulled him over for not using his signal.
During the investigation, police said they discovered Partida had multiple outstanding municipal court warrants.
They also said they found .5 grams of cocaine in his possession.
He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Center on a $7,818 bond.
