Early-Morning Motorcycle Crash Sends Rider To Thomason

EL PASO, Texas —

A man recovers from injuries after a motorcycle accident.

The crash happened at about 4:30 a.m. Saturday on the intersection of Tierra Este and Zaragoza in Far East El Paso.

Police dispatch said a 27-year-old man riding a motorcycle was hit from behind by a '90s style Chevrolet vehicle.

The driver of the Chevrolet fled the scene and headed towards Montana Avenue.

The motorcycle rider was transported to Thomason Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
