Driver, Passenger In Truck Seriously Injured In Fabens Crash

FABENS, Texas —

Two elderly people riding inside a pickup suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle crash in Fabens, Texas. on Thursday.

Around 12 p.m., El Paso County sheriff deputies responded to a crash on NE Camp Street and E 2nd Street that involved a white 1991 Chevy truck that was driven by an 80-year-old and a white 1991 Ford truck. The driver of the Ford is unknown at this time.

According to sheriff deputies, the driver of the Ford truck was traveling westbound on NE Camp Street when it struck the Chevy truck that was traveling southbound on E 2nd Street.

The Chevy truck then crashed into a home at 215 NE Camp St, officials said.

The 77-year-old passenger of the Chevy truck and the 80-year-old driver suffered serious injuries, according to deputies.
