If you register to become an organ donor, your name will be placed in a national database that will show if you are a donor.
Once you are deceased, the database will show if you are a possible match for anyone.
According to Donate Life, in Texas alone 7,000 people are on a waiting list to receive an organ transplant.
Premiere Cinema at Basset Place is giving a free movie ticket to anyone who registers Saturday.
KFOX and Donate Life will be at Basset Place from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
