Dangerous Waters Flow Through Parts Of Northeast El Paso

Related

The wet weather created a dangerous situation on many El Paso roadways, including Will Ruth.

The street looked more like a rushing river than a road.

Fast-moving waters rushed knee-deep, but many drivers still tried to travel on the road.

Early Thursday, police had not closed the road to traffic, though the situation was obviously dangerous.

Some drivers turned around, avoiding the tumultuous waters, while others decided to go straight through and take a chance.
