U.S. Customs and Border Protection
EL PASO, Texas —
Officials with a federal agency, whose employee may have pulled over a school bus last week, said they can't comment on this case.
Parents of the boys' basketball team at Henderson Middle School were outraged when they learned that a man claiming to be a Customs and Border Protection officer boarded the bus and cussed out the students.
According to parents, the man flashed a badge at the bus driver on Thursday and forced him to pull over when an object was thrown out the school bus window.
Parents told El Paso Independent School District officials about the incident, demanding answers.
At this time CBP officials said, "We're investigating this case and do not tolerate actions that would tarnish the reputation of our agency."
