This picture from a TX DOT camera shows the shutdown of Raynolds in central El Paso earlier in the day, when police were diverting traffic due to a chemical spill.

Haz-mat crews told KFOX that the incident involves barrels of film solution used for photo development. The spill occurred at the Super 8 Motel, just off of Interstate 10.

Authorities had told patrons at the motel to stay in their rooms initially, there were no evacuations.

Four individuals, 3-firefighters and a civilian, were transported to an area hospital as a precautionary measure to determine if there are any respirartory complications.

In all, 23 Fire units had responded to the scene.

KFOX was on the scene and will have a full report in tonight's Newscast. We will also continue to update the situation here at kfoxtv.com
