EL PASO, Texas —

KFOX14 contacted the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission to find out if any action is being taken against the bar that investigators said served minors.

Miguel Vargas could face jail time if convicted of charges stating he drove intoxicated and crashed into a curb, killing two people and seriously injuring two others after leaving Marco Polo Dive Bar that's in the Cincinnati Entertainment District.

Lt. Salvador Moralez with TABC said investigators found two violations against the bar; serving alcohol to a minor and allowing Vargas to leave the bar intoxicated.

Passengers Idaly Reyes, 19, died at the scene, and Reyes' sister, Stacy Reyes, 19, suffered serious injuries.

A hearing on the bar's permit is expected in the near future.
