EL PASO, Texas —

In a three-day prostitution operation, local law enforcement agencies made 10 arrests in various hotels using websites that offer escort services, officials said.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office strike team along with the Sheriff's Office criminal investigation division, the FBI and Homeland Security investigations made 10 arrests from Feb. 13 through Feb. 15.

On Feb. 13, Sylvia Gonzalez, 23, Alexa Carillo, 18, and D'Erika Palmer, 18, were charged with prostitution and booked on $2,500 bonds.

On Feb. 14, Monique Rojas, 19, was charged with prostitution and booked on a $1,000 bond.

On Feb. 15, Alicia Nevarez, 21, Nallely Bautista, 19, and Kaitin Fisher, 22, were charged with prostitution and booked on a $300 bond. Maria Blake, 43 and Ronald Lee Blake, 43, were charged with aggravated promotion of prostitution, and were booked on a $15,000 bond. Jesus Aguirre, 22, was charged with possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, and he was booked on a $300 bond.

Officials said, the operation aimed to identify those being forced into prostitution.

Because of the number of open investigations, officials did not release any more information.
