After months of investigation, El Paso fire investigators, working with El Paso Police, make an arrest in the arson fires that have plagued Central El Paso.
The suspect, 35-year-old Robin Appleton, was arrested around noon Friday. She currently lives in Las Cruces.
She is charged with one count of arson for one of the Pershing Street fires.
Investigators are not releasing more information for fear it will jeopardize their case, but they do say more charges could be forthcoming.
