EL PASO, Texas —
A KFOX14 reporter was arrested at the El Paso International Airport Tuesday evening after allegedly becoming belligerent with a flight crew member.
An American Airlines flight attendant believed Ric Dupont was intoxicated and posed a danger to himself.
Dupont denies the allegation.
Dupont was returning from a vacation to Boston when a flight attendant on the Dallas to El Paso leg of the journey called ahead to the El Paso International Airport.
Dupont was met by police and handcuffed. He was detained and released without being charged.
Dupont was previously arrested in December 2011 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
