EL PASO, Texas —
Initial reports suggest the baby was hit by a car on the 5900 block of Tampa Ave. in central El Paso. El Paso police detectives collected evidence at that location overnight.
The investigation is looking into whether it is a case of child abuse or neglect.
There is no word on the condition of the child.
